Ebonee S. Swilley is an entertainment, sports, and brand protection attorney, strategist, and educator dedicated to helping creatives, entrepreneurs, and organizations protect their ideas and build lasting legacies. She serves as Managing Attorney of Acuity Law Group, a boutique law practice focused on entertainment, sports, and intellectual property, and brings experience spanning independent film and television production, music law, artist representation, and corporate legal affairs.

A graduate of Jackson State University, Ebonee earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law and her Master of Laws in Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law from the University of Miami School of Law.
She is also the founder of Pretty Little Lawyer®, a nonprofit organization expanding access to legal education and the legal profession for historically underserved students, particularly those attending HBCUs throughout the Deep South.
